How to delete a Data Room in DoQshare

Permanently remove a data room from your account.

Deleting a Data Room

Go to your data rooms list

2. Find the data room you want to delete

3. Click on the data room settings

4. Scroll to "Danger Zone" or "Delete"

5. Click "Delete Data Room"

6. Confirm deletion

⚠️ **Warning**: This action cannot be undone!

Export any important analytics

Download any documents you need

Notify team members

Check for active viewers

All documents in the data room

All folders and organization

All analytics data

All access permissions

All viewer information

Deleted data rooms cannot be recovered

Make sure to backup important data first

Consider archiving instead of deleting
