How to download an entire data room (admin only)


Download all documents from your data room for backup or archival purposes.


Downloading Data Room


  • Open your data room

    • 2. Go to data room settings

    3. Click "Download All" or "Export"

    4. Choose download format:

    - ZIP archive

    - Individual files

    5. Wait for download to complete


    What Gets Downloaded


  • All documents in the data room
  • Folder structure (if preserved)
