How to create a global block list in DoQshare

Set up a block list that applies to all your documents automatically.

Creating Global Block List

Go to Account Settings

2. Navigate to "Security" or "Block List"

3. Click "Global Block List"

4. Add domains to block

5. Save settings

**Global**: Applies to all documents

**Document**: Only for specific document

Document settings override global if needed

Add/remove domains easily

View all blocked domains

Export block list

Set exceptions if needed

Use for common threats

Keep list manageable

Review regularly

Document reasons for blocking
