How to add agreements before viewing documents or data rooms
Require viewers to accept terms, NDAs, or other agreements before access.
Adding Agreements
Open document or data room settings2. Go to "Security" or "Agreements"
3. Click "Add Agreement"
4. Upload agreement document or use template
5. Configure:
- Agreement type (NDA, Terms, etc.)
- Required for all viewers
- Acceptance tracking
6. Save
